We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Chances Prince Rupert. The role is responsible for overseeing food operations, including the casual restaurant, sports bar, buffer, and special events, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for all guests.

Duties

  • Develop and execute diverse, high-quality menus that align with guest preferences and industry trends.
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality standards across all casino dining venues including the casual sports bar and convention centre.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and vendor relations.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of culinary professionals to maintain excellence and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with management on special events, promotions, and guest experiences.
